My company is looking for a dialer application that will allow user’s to record a message and set up a list of numbers to call. The system would call the numbers and play the recording. Any idea where I would start looking for such an application?

jeffjacobs,

three options:
a cti application that would dial calls and connect them to an announcement source;
a hardware dialer system such as pds;
an application on the ivr platform such as avaya ir.

first option may be used if you already have cti server, in such a case developing new application wouldn't take much time. second option should be used if you plan massive outbound dialing, say, more than a hundred simultaneous calls. third option is the easiest to set up and deploy and not the most expensive, i'd recommend you to take a look at it. go to this page to learn about avaya interactive response or go here to read about voice portal product which is effectively the same but pure software ip-based solution and all bells and whistles.
