Dial-Up Networking installation

While trying to configure ATT/IBM Global Network Dialer we keep getting the message that the DUN isn't installed on the computer.

MS NT 4.0 Workstation with a US Robotics 56K modem (new) installed. Modem works fine and the other two programs that dial out have no problems connecting and transmitting data. This computer was recently rebuilt and hasn't had any other problems. Have scanned for viruses and spyware, none.

When I go to Start\Programs\Accessories and click on Dial-Up Networking nothing happens. Per MS, this is suppose to mean that DUN is already installed.

Where exactly does this message pop up?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
