I have 2 terminal servers in place at my location; one of the terminal servers has a modem plugged into it. When we use the modem to retrieve software updates it disconnects the users that are accessing the terminal server via T1 connection. These users are able to use and stay connected to the second terminal server (that does not have a modem connected) at this time. It is only the people that are using the T1 to access that are getting disconnected only when this one number is dialed through the modem.
