Hello,
I've heard that A Windows 2000 server can be configured to call back a dial-up user so the user doesn't have to pay for the call. Does anyone know how to configure your server to do this?

it is very easy,
make sure the modem port in your RRAS setup is set for incoming AND demand dial,

then enable dial back in the user account properties
