I'm trying to add the following E164 entry: +964750101881xx min manx 15 digits in my adaptation but being prompted with Dial Plan Ranges Global Setting must be enabled and Session Managers must be at release 8.1.1 always.

I tried looking at the global settings and it is enabled.

Currently using 8.1.2 SMGR/SM
