dial mode

I have a software MICS 4.1, the problem is in the dial mode option, the option dial mode Automatic no appaer in handset model 7324 and 7310, only in handset model 7100.
So i can't dial a number whitout hang up, i need press intercom after dial any number.

I am not sure if I follow you but will give it a shot. It sounds like there is no "Prime Line" assigned to the set.

It is under
Terminals & Sets
Enter the Ext # (E.G. 221)
Display shows :Line Access
Press: Show
Display shows: Line assignment
Press "Next" until "Prime Line" appears
I am guessing it shows "None"
Change to I/C or a Line or a Pool.

If you use I/C you will need the pool access code with the phone number when dialed.

also....press Feature * 82 and select your desired dialing option.
