Hi,

wondering if it is possible from my mobile/cell phone to ring in to an ip office extension and use that extension to ring out. for example:

I want to ring: 0123456 from my extension which is 6156. using my mobile I would dial the full number: 01234 567 6156 and then once connected, I want to make a call from my extension to: 0123456

Is this possible? If so, what licenses are required and what shortcodes etc do I use?

Many thanks in advance.

Depending on Revision licences may be require to activate mobile twinning , on either your user or a dummy user , your mobile number in the twinning tab of the user and a FNE code 31 creating in short codes and a spare ddi pointing to that short code in you ICR

Use mobile twinning.
When you are on 8.0 then you can use the one-x mobile preferred app.
The system dials your phone and then dials the number you want and uses the users credentials.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
