Just upgraded a SE to 9.1.5 and notice the Dial Extn SC feature is no longer available when trying to create local shortcodes. Anyone know of another way to be able to create a dial 0 option locally? So if users just dial 0 it goes to the front desk at the local office. dial feature doesnt work. It was there in the other 9.1 releases. Anyone else notice this or have a problem?

problem was they had the Consolidate setting to Primary Solution turned on. Had to turn that off in order to be able to program things locally. Not sure how that got changed from an upgrade. Been seeing some weird things upgrading to 9.1.5.
