dial direct hot line question 1

hey guys,

sorry for the dumb question...

im trying to set up 1 extn (analog) that when someone picks up the hand set it will ring extn 383.

i thought the shortcode should look like this (in the user shortcode)

i have tried this and it seems like it wants to dial outside for some reason?????

IP OFFICE 5.0.24

Change the "Dial" into "Dial extension"
