Dial by name 2

OK, now this is weird. Our dial by name was working fine now all of a sudden when someone hits the key for "Dial by name" it would just diconnect them. Now...they hit the key for Dial by name and they get hold music. I rebuilt the module to no avail. I am at a loss.

Have you restarted it? You may want to restart both.

Start your VM pro service to interact with the desktop and see what action is started when choosing dial by name.

I think I got it. I replaced the "Assisted Transfer" action with a transfer to $KEY. The hold music only lasted as long as the ring time for the extension and finally would go to VM. That's what is weird because before it would just ring like it does now.
