Hey all.
I have a 1750 that uses a 3com modem for dial backup. When I disconnect the E0 port, the dial backup dials out and uses the ip address 170.1.1.16. It connects to my 3640 without any problems, and other pcs and routers can ping the 170.1.1.16 (Async5) vip without an issue.
I also have a pc connected to the 1750 via a hub that pulls a DHCP ip. It can pint the router and hub without issue. Just can't ping anything past the 1750 router..If my ip address of the pc is 192.168.16.25, can't I just use an access list applied to Async5? If so, how do I apply an access list to allow all traffic from 192.168.16.0 to go through the 170.1.1.16 interface?
