Diable or Lock "Customize..." option when right click toolbar in WORD

I have seen this in the past and have lost any insight on how to restrict the "Customize..." option when right clicking a toolbar in Word. I currently have a document that I make the visibility of all word native toolbar=false and then remove the menubar and replace with my own menubar, but the user can still right click on my menubar and re-select those others.

Any help/direction is appreciated.

p.s. I know this has probably been asked a million times already, and I did search the 4 or so different boards that this would apply to and was unable to locate it.
