DHTML Menus failing to overlay a wmv file.

The subject pretty much sums it up. I have a dhtml menu that was produced by PluginLab.com, actually their software I should say, the menu works GREAT! However, I am trying to get it to drop down over a wmv file. Is there a parameter that I can drop in the ActiveX layer that has the video that will allow the WMV to always be under the dhtml menu on dropdown?

I am at a total loss...Thanks in advance, this is my first post. :)
