DHCP Server not Renewing IP's

We have set up the DHCP To renew licences every 2 days. After 2 Days the Clients are unable to renew the licence.
If we reboot the server then the licences will renew but then 2 days later the same thing happens?

A couple of things you could check:

1)Is the Server a Logically Multihomed Server?

2)Are you trying to lease the first and last addresses for your subnet?

Also why have you got it set to 2 days?
