DHCP Relay advise

Hi, I need some help on DHCP Relay. I have read bits about it and think it could help me out. We have one HQ with a DHCP server (NT 4 domain) and numerous small remote sites which have static IP's. These remote sites range from 6 users to 30, and I want to give them DHCP. I think the office with 30 users my need a DHCP server placed there due to it's size (what do you think?), but with the smaller offices do you think this DHCP relay could be used? If so how can I give them their own scope as in they all have different IP ranges and gateways etc.........plus can a regular Win2k Pro PC be fine?

A DHCP relay agent, relays the BOOTP/DHCP request to a specific server. Useful if you can't route BOOTP protocols. You configure the scope options on the DHCP server - the only config on the DHCP relay is the IP address to relay to. Win2k Pro is fine.
It would be helpful to know what your infrastructure is.

Let the local router at each site do the DHCP for the site. Or, have the local routers serve as the relay agents. No need to have extra equipment.
