dhcp problem 1

i have conflict routing in the dhcp service is there any budy now about this problem

the problem it is in the dhcp service it is routing conflict address i mean the same adress for tow pc's and it is give me description the adress has been used and it is record error in the evint viwer with id number 4319 and the error is "A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network. The IP address of the machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat -n in a command window to see which name is in the Conflict state."
i do not have wins service and tthe article in microsoft site it does not help.

i have this problem with error number 1001 and this error it is record every 5 minutes.
actully it does not give me any real problem but i get this error in the event viwer

Security policy cannot be propagated. Cannot access the template. Error code = 3.

Does this directory exist;

%systemroot%\SYSVOL\domain\policies

Are the group policies being propogated to your clients?

If you find that that directory is missing or corrupt, then MS suggest the following steps!

do you have the exactlly permission for the clinet on this folder

Well the Users associated with that policy have to have at least Read & Write permissions, but I think AD sets that up for you!

Every time I start the DHCP service I get the 4319 event ID on that server. The server is a DC and also a DNS server.

WINS is not running, Multiple network adapters were not installed on that server and when converting the data on the error to an IP, it shows that it’s not just one but almost all the computers that have a duplicate name detected on the TCP network.

When I stop the DHCP service the 4319 errors stop.
