DHCP parse error on random basis 1

We have a CS 1000 with the 1140 phones. We originally had i2004s. A couple of phones will display DHCP parse error and stop working. A simple unplug of the phone and reconnect corrects the problem. It is rare for this to happen but was wondering if anyone has any idea of what would cause it. The DHCP string is good because it works for over 100 phones. We never saw this occur with the i2004 phones.

Check that you are using the latest (C6O) firmware on the 1140E.

We are on firmware C41. Have to get the C60 and upgrade the firmware.

If you have "Element Manager", then you can use the "currency file" mechanism to download the latest recommended version.
