I recently reformat my servercomputer and reinstall Domain controller DHCP and DNS. i was successfully adding all other computer to this new domain.Everything seem to run fine for about a week or so until now. everymorning when i go to START->CONTROLPANEL->ADMINTOOL->DHCP
it shows a message like:
DHCP CANNOT START
ERROR:Not enough storage to complete this operation.
and when i restart the computer the DHCP will show correctly
the event log doesn't really shows any thing here is a timeline:

i went to bed at 12:30 thinking eveyrthing was working but it seems like at 2:20 AM ish the application is showing network errors.
but there's no other event viewer logs besides those ones.
I BEEN WAKING UP EVERYMORNING AT 4AM JUST TO RESTART THE COMPUTER TO MAKE SURE THE NETWORK IS WORKING...
PLEASE HELP
