Did you also set the old DHCP options? Depending on the firmware of the set, it may not know to look for option 125. The old options still need to be there until the set gets new firmware from the 3300.
When the new sets boot up with the new software, they have an order for looking for DHCP options.
1st - option 125
2nd - option 43 (which is the same as option 125 but on a Windows server.
3rd - the old options 128 - 130.
IF you are using a Windows server, follow the directions for both pre Rel 7 and after Rel 7. The directions for Pre Rel 7 will help you set the options for 128, 129, 130, 132, 133. After all your sets have new firmware, you can delete or deactivate the old DHCP options if you want. The only problem there would be if you added another set later that needed the proper firmware to see option 125/43.
Hope that helps.
