Hi All

Im relative newbie.

Win XP SP2 Firefox Comodo PF Voyager 105 USB modem on single pc.

I recently installed Arovax Smarthide an IP masking software.

I could not get it to work. The developers talked me through a number of steps. But I am still stuck.

Below is an IPCONFIG /ALL scan

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

Arovax say that although my DHCP service is switched on at my PC it is not active while connecting to the internet

See Dhcp enabled.........:No

Could anyone spell out the steps to enable it please

Thank you

Terry

Just a question:

What is Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.255 about?

Shouldn't it be 255.255.255.0 for a class C subnet mask?

I haven't looked into that program yet, but i can later today.

Patrik

Hi Patrik

Thanks for your reply.

To answer your question I haven't got a clue.

If I knew how to change the subnet mask I would do so just to see if your suggestion worked

Any help gratefully received

Terry

Hello =)

Your ipconfig looks strange, but do you have some documentation I can look at?
