DHCP Icon meaning

Hi all,
I've just installed and authorized my DHCP server and everything seems to be Ok, but on watching the IPs released, in the console is displayed a computer with a pen on the foreground instead of the common "computer" icon; it sounds weird, but if Microsoft does so it 's not by accident but honestly I have not been able to "cath the meaning";does anybody know the meaning of variation, and what's for?

Hi Glen,
and thanks a lot for your help. At the time the Dhcp server had leased the IP address the DNS server had not configured yet. Thanks again
