DHCP error message, Event ID(1020)

I am running DHCP server on my PDC and I have been getting the following error message in Event Viewer:

Source: dhcpServer
Type: Warning
Event ID: 1020
Computer: <MY PDC>
Description: The description for Event ID (1020) in Source (DhcpServer) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: 192.168.1.0, 96,1.
