DHCP - Enabling Conflict Detection in NT4

How do I enable Conflict Detection on my NT4 DHCP Server?

When i highlight the Server/Properties in DHCP Manager i get a message that says 'This functionis not supported on the DHCP Server you are administering. You must upgrade the servers software to perform this function'. The DHCP Server is on NT4 SP6.

Any ideas folks?
