DFS - synchronising folders

Can DFS be used to keep 2 folders on 2 different folders synchronised with each other? Google searches are pretty hazy on this

If the answer is yes can anyone point me to some sites on how to set this up

(at present we are using DFS so that all folders from various folders arount the country are under 1 drive letter)

thanks, however we have a 2000 system will this still apply?

Also found out we are using standalone DFS roots (does not support file replication) and not the AD integrated option (supports file replication).

Is it easy to convert from the former tot he latter without too much user interruption or are we talking about a major design change here?

I'm afraid that we didn't use DFS when we we're 2k so i can't really advise you there I can only comment on the same docs that you have probably read online sorry.
