DFS replication issue

I have recently taken over a network with 22 sites all running Server 2003 standard. The company is using DFS and it isn't working at all. All the external sites replicate to a member server in the Head Office. I've reset the FRS, AD and DNS are working fine, yet no replication. The guy who set this up has left without doing any documentation (surprise), and I'm struggling a bit. I've checked all the MS sites and done what they suggested, still no luck.

Any ideas?

DFS repl is with FRS repl, so focus on FRS, did u get 13516 event on each DC?

also, bear in mind, STD version can only support one root DFS. is that the right configuration?

Did you ever get this working? If so, I just wanted to know what the performance was like having that many sites replicate.

Short answer is that it still isn't working, We are focussing on the DNS side of things as I suspect that this might be the problem (I hope so!). If or when I get evrything right, I'll put up another post about the performance.
