We are in thee process of implementing DFS. As a test we have created a root and link. We then changed the path of the link to see if it had any effect on the client end but the link still pints to the old server. We tried waiting afew minutes, forced an immediate replication, deleted the link and readded it, and then deleted the whole root and readded it and it still points to the old link. We are using Windows Server 2003 sp1. Any Ideas?
