Device driver for Sony CD Drive 1

I have a Sony Vio Laptop with external floppy and CD drive facility. Recently i had a FAT problem, so I opted to format. I had thought that the standard bootable disk of Windows 98 would be sufficent to recognise my Sony CD drive but now the set of device drivers provided by Windows98 doesn't include the required driver. Where can I get the device driver for my CD drive?
