Developing applications with Biztalk

Could Biztalk be used as a "software bus" to develop standard business applications like forms processing and accounting systems applications?

Could Biztalk be used to tie together a set of software subroutines into a complete program?

Any input on this subject would be most appreciated.

well you can

in BT2004 there is a project called Human workflow that regards this issue better then bts2002
in bts2002 the only way to do so will be with orchestration
