How can I determine which version of Exchange I'm running? This is on a Windows 2000 server and Active Directory is present. Thanks.

In Exchange System Manager, drill down to the right server. Right click, properties.

It says Version 5.5 for 5.5, Version 6.0 for 2000. Then gives you the service pack level.

do you mean which type as in enterprise or standard

No, I meant 5.5, or 2003, etc. I knew how to find this sort of information, but I was was unable to "find" the Exchange server object in the Exchange Manager in order to right-click it to go to its Properties. Duh!! Thanks gang!
