Determine if user is logged on and at what machine

How do you find out where a user is logged on? This assumes I have the user'username.
Conversely, is there a way to prompt a specific machine and find out who's logged on to it?

Use NTNAME which can be found at

NTNAME returns the computer name, so you'll need to have a way of tracking which computer name is which computer. As for the converse of it, I am interested in knowing, too.
