Is there a way to code an automatic DNS detection that works on a Win2000 server and display the found DNS in a text box? It is for a mailer program and we want it to auto detect and insert the dns info for the user.

You could use the comandline "nslookup" or maybe better "ipconfig /all" and parse the information.
If I understand the question correctly.
