Destination DN not showing

We "upgraded" from 25.4 to 4.5 last night. On inbound calls, the DN is no longer being reported. We do get the record below. A001066 appears instead of the DNxxxx. Where do I start looking? (Yes, this was a replacement, not an upgrade.)

Solved it. We were taking CDR from the "T" instead of the "E" side. Moved back to the "E" and everything is OK.
