DESPERATE Outlook Problem

need your help desperately!!!!

i have a palm Vx which i synchronized with my outlookXP.didn't like the idea of my memos downloaded as well to the desktop software so i deleted them from it and redeleted from the "deleted items" container.i rerun synchronization after a day i think, and when i checked my palm, MY MEMOS ARE GONE ALSO!!!how can i get them back??? there must be a way! there must be a way!please help me... First, if you're a network admin, I hope you have a backup of your PST or your Exchange server folder.

Next time, make sure you really want THIS to overwrite THAT.

If you don't have a backup, I'm real sorry. I know how you feel. I once had to recreate an entire CD worth of manuals. SEVEN of them.
