desktop shortcut with ie5.5

I want to create a desktop shortcut to the URL:

http://www.greenspan.com:90/test/

IE is NOT my default browser.

how can I do that?

1. Right click on an empty spot on your desktop

2. In menu that opens select 'New' then select 'Shortcut'

3. Enter web address you want a shortcut to in box and follow onscreeen instructions from there.
