Desktop issues.. 1

Hi,

For some reason if i delete shortcuts from my girlfriend's account on the same harddrive as my account, it will delete them from my desktop and vice versa. Same with adding stuff to either too..

Why is this? Is this normal or is there summit wrong?

Are you deleting Shortcuts that are Stored in the "All Users" Desktop?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop

Perhaps if you transferred the Shortcuts to the actual users folder it wouldn't happen?

D:\Documents and Settings\usernamexxxx\Desktop
