Is there a way to create more interesting, fun or creative icons than the simple manila folder icon? Some programs and files were deleted during system maintenance and after re-installation the icons somehow were replaced by the "folder". This was on a WIN95 system. I would also like to create more interesting shortcut icons on another, WIN98 system.

Change Icon:
Change Icon uses a function that came with Internet explorer 4 to allow customize the appearance of folders in the interface. With Change Icon, its easy to modify each folder icon individually.
