Desktop icon text with no background colour 1

Dear all,

If a user has a desktop wallpaper, how can you set the icon text background colour to 'none' thus allowing the desktop wallpaper to be seen underneath ?

Click Start > Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance Tab > Settings Button and put a checkmark in: Use Drop Shadows for Icon Labels on the Desktop
