Desktop Enforement Policies

Does anyone know of any good websites where I can find documentation on how to get started or creating Desktop Security Policies? Like acceptable use, installing un-authorized programs, password enforements, locking screen savers, etc?

I am looking for more of and "Acceptable Use" type of policy that maybe a new employee would read and sign once hired on that state the acceptable use of company equipment.

Write one up...it doesn't ahve to me short or long.
I ____________ as a new employee understand that not following the rules of acceptible use of my computer will result in displinary action up to and including termination.
