deskjet 930c problem

whenever i turn my computer on , my hp 930c takes one sheet of paper in , and then starts blinking that there's no paper.

i have windows me?
could that be the source of the problem??

Try turning your printer on AFTER you turn your computer on.

See if that makes a difference. Jay~

Hi Waheb,
I had the same problem, i uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers and this cured it for me.

Do you use USB or parallel? When I use my 932c with parallel it does the same thing, but not with USB.
