Desctop problem

After "Start","Restart"or Log off-Log on ,my Desktop now alwais showing one folder, instead of Desktop normal imagine with icons , bars and so on.
Try to sort this by changing things in
"Display properties" but invain, this foder (alwais the same) appears again,after Restart or Reboot.
Please advice how to sort this.

Sorted by myself, uninstaling one recently instaled program ,coused this inconvinent.
