desciption doesn't apear when i launch the application with citrix client

what i will mean is that when you put your cursor over a field that there is a yellow box that appears with a description, this doesn't work when you start the application from the citrix client, but works when you start the applications locally

can somebody help with this problem

What is the application? Are you running it as a published application? Perhaps the box is appearing, but is behind the published app so you can see it by using the [alt][tab] key combination to bring it to the front? Otherwise perhaps try increasing the number of colours being displayed on the client (ie it's appearing but you can't see it)....
