In the initial installation of Linux Base, during installation on the screen question:

"DEPLOYMENT SERVER:
Do you wish to configure as the deploymente This System server: (Y/N) {N}?

we set as NO,

my question is, can install the Deployment Server independently, without having to reinstall the Linux Base.?

And if we have to reinstall everything, we can make a backup and restore everything at once. To not affect the service?

Your deployment server should be configured on the Primary UCM security server.

You only need one instance for a UCM security domain.

No! you have to reinstall Linux Base.
What do you want to backup?

Meridian, Callpilot, CCM (Symposium) from Germany

You should still be able to go into local deployment on each individual server.

Thanks for your responses.

Someone could tell me the way to the UCM, how to install the Deployment as an individual server.

To get to local deployment you put in the IP address of the server followed by local-login in your IE browser.

It would look like this

137.135.128.250/local-login

Then login with your credentials and you should see deployment. You will also need the NAI file to deploy

Thanks KCFLHRC, I have the CS1000 up, if I load the .NAI again and deployed, it affects the service?

What are you actually trying to do? It may affect service if you are running IP services either phones or trunks. If this is a VxWorks CS and you have all TDSM phones you should be fine. If it's CoRes all bets are off.
