Deploying a Web Service

I suspect I know what the answer is to this question but, I have an ASP.NET Web Service and corresponding Web Application that has been created using Visual Studio .NET. I want to deploy these two projects to another machine. The machine that I would LIKE to deploy to is running Windows NT 4.0 with Personal Web Server. I doubt that this machine is capable of running this but it would be good if somebody could provide me with at least, a definitive list of the system requirem ents to do so.
