Deployement Problems (won't refresh)

It's been close to a year since I've used CF and I can't get the deployment set up. I'm running Win2000 with an Apache server (local) as a test box. I can't get Studio to auto update/refresh my changes to a page. In other words, I start with page A, make some changes (so now it is A-ver2), save it to C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs\index.cfm and when I look at it (either in Browse mode or actually using a browser) it shows the old version, A, rather than A-ver 2. I have to shut Studio down and bring it back up to get the updates to show. I have my deployment set up as follows: both Studio Path and CF Server Path are C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs and the browser path is

http://127.0.0.1

Any ideas on what I'm missing or doing wrong? Thanks.
