Deploy MapPoint over Network

Hi

I am trying to deploy MapPoint 2002 across my network to everybody in my GPO. I have tried the below article however this is not apporiate as my users only have user access and the below requires them to have greater privileges.

I tried to create my own msi file using the Veritas Add On but this does not work eithier.
