Deploy Access Snapshot Viewer in office 2003 deployment.

Trying to install Access Snapshot Viewer with an Office 2003 deployment via Chained
installs in setupstd.ini. Tried this this didn't work:

[ChainedInstall_4]
TaskType=exe
Path=files\Access_Viewer\snpvw.exe
Cmdline=/Q /R:N
Display=none
IgnoreReturnValue=1
Reboot=0

Any ideas appreciated.
