My main problem is I need to create a form that will allow the user to select a customer from a drop down menu and after making that selection the jobs that customer has had done will become available in the drop down menu below. I then want the result of the users selection on this form to produce a report that will allow show an itemised list of the contents of that job and also a total and subtotal.

Thanks
