Deny shared folder to a user with admin rights?

Using WinXP on a small peer-peer network where each machine is logged on with admin rights... is there any way to deny one machine access to the shared resources on the other machines on the network?

For our purposes it would be better not to have to change that machine's logon to a more restricted form, even though we realize this would be more secure.
