out the 201 area code and put it back in with the deny code. you shouldn't need to do it that way but i have had it happen, usually when i have more then one deny

Unfortunately, when I removed it and re-added it, it gave me the same bug error code. None of my NPA's have deny set and I was bored and thought I would add them. Any other thoughts?

no i have deny's on all my npa's the deny 976 is not needed, 1 976 is called party rate's ie 19.95 a min. the area code plus 976 can be a normal exchange. i have never found a 1 xxx 976 that was not billed at the 1 xxx rate. i have 555 blocked for all users and allow 411 to users with auth codes above ncos 3.. check nctl, must be a system parm or a needed patch, i just added this to my 81 without a bug attack
