denial event 2011: IP FURQ-No Q931 msg rcvd

Hi All,

I am facing issue with only 9608 Model, phone getting registered but connected type is showing N/A and tried to dial but getting 2011 denial event, No signalling.

9608 and 1608 same location and same network region but facing issue only 9608 model phone.

1603 phone working without any issue

Q.931 setup message getting missed while 9608 boots up and No dial tone.
